Refund policy

At JMK Sweet Temptations, all products are freshly handcrafted and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our desserts, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Perishable Goods

Under New Zealand consumer law, perishable food items are not eligible for returns once they have been dispatched or collected, unless the product is faulty

 

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Or not of acceptable quality due to a fault on our part

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

Courier & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been collected by the courier, JMK Sweet Temptations is not responsible for delays, damage, or temperature changes caused during transit. We strongly recommend selecting express shipping where available and ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery

Storage & Care

Please follow all storage instructions provided. Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from incorrect storage after delivery or collection

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect flavour selection

  • Failure to collect on the agreed date/time
