All products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are prepared fresh and dispatched according to the selected delivery or pickup date at checkout.

Please allow adequate processing time before dispatch, as all items are made to order.

Nationwide Shipping

We offer nationwide shipping within New Zealand via third-party courier services.

Delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, JMK Sweet Temptations is not responsible for courier delays, mishandling, or temperature changes during transit.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we strongly recommend selecting express shipping where available.

Perishable Goods & Courier Responsibility

Our products are perishable and may be affected by delays, heat, or incorrect handling during delivery. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by courier delays or failed deliveries once an order has left our premises.

Orders left unattended, delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or delayed due to courier network disruptions are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup details, including date and time, will be provided at checkout or communicated directly. Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time. Orders not collected may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution where applicable.
